Hyred was founded in 2022 to provide companies with practical, well-informed recruitment and workforce support.
Our core markets are Singapore and Malaysia. We work through licensed employment agency entities in both markets and also take selected assignments elsewhere in Southeast Asia.
Our work covers permanent recruitment, contract staffing and employer of record services, from an individual specialist hire through to ongoing workforce requirements.
We keep our scope deliberate, focusing on the markets and assignments where we can contribute most effectively.
How we work
One method, applied at the depth the role requires.
Whether the engagement is a leadership appointment or a single contract placement, the sequence does not change. Only the depth does.
- Define the brief. We clarify the role, reporting line, objectives, required experience, compensation and any challenges already encountered in the search.
- Map the market. We identify relevant companies, talent pools and potential candidates rather than relying only on active applicants.
- Approach and assess. We approach suitable candidates directly and assess their experience, motivations, expectations and fit against the agreed brief.
- Present the shortlist. We present shortlisted candidates with context on their experience, motivations, compensation and any considerations relevant to the hiring decision.
- Offer and start. We support both parties through offer negotiation, resignation, notice period and counter-offer discussions, and remain in contact after the successful candidate starts.
