How do you charge?
Permanent recruitment is charged as a percentage of the successful candidate’s annual package. Contract staffing is charged as a percentage of the employee’s monthly fixed package. Employer of record is charged as a fixed monthly fee per employee.
All fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Is there a replacement guarantee?
Yes. Replacement terms are agreed in writing as part of the engagement terms before the search begins.
How quickly can you produce a shortlist?
Timelines vary by role, seniority and market conditions. For a well-defined requirement, we will agree an expected search timeline at the outset and keep you updated throughout the process.
We have no legal entity in the market. Can you still help?
Yes. Our employer of record service allows you to hire employees without establishing your own local employing entity. We manage the local employment contract, payroll, statutory contributions and routine employment administration.
Do you work outside Singapore and Malaysia?
Our core markets are Singapore and Malaysia. We also take selected assignments elsewhere in Southeast Asia.
